INFO: This program is designed to give forest owners a basic understanding of forest measurements. It will help them collect some of their own data and strengthen their interactions with professional foresters and technicians regarding data-based forest management decisions. LOCATION: University of Idaho at the U of I Sandpoint Organic Agriculture Center (7 IPL Credits)

Aug. 1 – Forest Insects & Disease Field Day

INFO: This one-day field trip will give participants firsthand exposure to a wide range of insects, diseases, and parasitic plants that impair the growth of trees and forests in northern Idaho. LOCATION: University of Idaho (meet at Boundary County Fairgrounds). (8 IPL Credits)
